3 piece with whole cane butt and built cane 2nd and tip. Close whipped in green silk.
Turned wood ferrule plug. High Bells rings.
Intact transfer: MANUFACTURED BY PRECISION RODS TUDOR WORKS MARSDEN ROAD REDDITCH ENGLAND, and another beneath: R. Sealey Festival 1951.
